Torben Brøgger specialises in real estate and construction.

With his more than 30 years of experience within real estate, construction and procurement law, Torben Brøgger has assisted countless public authorities and private enterprises in planning and conducting tender procedures as well as buying and selling properties and property projects.

Development projects in particular, including urban development projects, have been at the top of Torben’s agenda for many years. He has rendered advice to several municipalities and private investors.

Torben is a sought-after legal adviser due to his extensive experience advising on PPPs (Public Private Partnerships) and PPCs (Public Private Cooperations). Torben has assisted public sector contracting entities as well as private consortia in the majority of the PPP projects completed in Denmark.

Torben uses the good experiences gained with tender procedures at an early stage and inclusion of the project parties in connection with the large building and construction projects in which he is also involved, such as the quality fund projects in respect of the new super hospitals, most recently the New Odense University Hospital (OUH).
