Partner. Skeidsvoll Moe has significant experience as an advisor to the building and construction sector, the energy sector, maritime industries and other industrial operations. He assists both property owners and suppliers with matters relating to contract law, provides project-related advice and helps with dispute resolution.
He has experience in advising on all phases of a project, from early involvement in the project’s design, the choice of contract and pricing models, framing the contract, and engaging in the bidding phase, project execution and final settlement, the guarantee phase and dispute resolution. Skeidsvoll Moe places particular emphasis on establishing and following up project risk management tools, in addition to managing compliance risk in connection with international projects and the establishment of businesses abroad.

Karl Erik Navestad heads up Arntzen de Besche’s offshore offering, which covers the full range of contentious and non-contentious shipbuilding and offshore construction projects with a particular focus on oil and gas-related work. Navestad has broad experience handling field developments and general project work, as well as drilling rig contracts and regulatory issues.
