Position

Partner. Sture has nearly 40 years’ experience of employment law and advises on all aspects of the employment law field. He has particular expertise in the area of collective employment law and assists companies on matters relating to the establishment and interpretation of collective agreements and related disputes. He has long and wide-ranging experience of representing clients in the ordinary courts of law and the Labour Court of Norway in connection with the entire range of employment law matters.

Sture primarily assists industrial, financial, aviation and media companies with major reorganisation and downsizing processes, where he has considerable experience of non-compete clauses. He also has extensive experience of designing incentive and pension schemes. He is often brought in by company boards in connection with the termination and recruitment of CEOs.

Sture is a trusted advisor for businesses undergoing major reorganisation processes. He has extensive experience of assisting boards and managements with strategic advice in cases that are highly complex and often have a high media profile.He is keen to provide targeted, correct and cost-effective advice, tailored to each specific situation and each different organisation.
