Career

Bárbara is a partner in the Corporate M&A practice and has more than 20 years’ experience in corporate M&A and private equity.

She is known for her work on the most important corporate deals taking place in Portugal in recent years, including major merger and acquisition and privatisation operations.

Bárbara has taken three postgraduate courses: in commercial law at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa, in media law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and in corporate finance law at the same university.
