Career

Nuno is a managing associate in the Corporate M&A practice. He has over 10 years’ experience, providing regular assistance in project development and finance in Portugal, especially in renewable energy where his clients include leading international players in the industry.

He has been actively involved in the implementation and operation of projects and infrastructures, especially in energy, and in the structuring of investments and transactions in the area.

Nuno also provides legal advice in corporate matters (corporate governance and finance), private equity and commercial contracts, merger, spin-off, and acquisition and restructuring of companies, across several industries and sectors.

He has a master’s in business legal sciences from NOVA School of Law and an LL.M. in international financial law from King’s College London. He also completed a postgraduate course in corporate finance at the University of Lisbon.
