Işık leads Moroglu Arseven's intellectual property team. She has wide experience in every aspect of IP advice, including counselling, enforcement and litigation matters. She advises and represents local, foreign and multinational clients about trademarks, industrial designs, patents, copyrights, domain names, and seizures of counterfeit goods, among others. Işık’s work spans a range of industry sectors, including fashion, retail, hospitality chains, alcohol and cosmetic companies, as well as software. She manages the IP portfolios of several major multinational companies in Turkey, often on a long term basis.
