Work highlights

Acting for Olam Group in the proposed sale of its remaining 64.57% stake in Olam Agri to SALIC (the food and agri investment arm of the Saudi sovereign wealth fund, PIF) for a consideration of approximately S$2.35 billion (subject to closing adjustments).
Acted as Singapore counsel to Blackstone in relation to the A$24 billion acquisition of AirTrunk, an Australian data centre operator.
Acting for the offeror, TW Troy Limited, in its acquisition of the shares in mainboard-listed TalkMed Group Limited, by way of a scheme of arrangement (the Transaction) at a scheme consideration of S$0.456 in cash per scheme share, with a deal value of approximately S$606.1 million.
