Sue-Ann Phay is a Partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice.

Her main areas of practice involve mergers and acquisitions, covering both public and private transactions, private equity investments, and general corporate and commercial transactions, as well as corporate governance and compliance and corporate advisory.

Sue-Ann spent some years as in-house counsel at a property company listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, an experience she credits as giving her front-line business experience and a greater appreciation and practice of commercial acumen and business realities.

Sue-Ann graduated from the University of Nottingham and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
