CLA Real Estate Holdings, the offeror, in the S$21 billion strategic restructuring and demerger of the investment management business of CapitaLand Limited. ESR Funds Management (S) Limited, as manager of ESR-REIT, in the S$1.4 billion merger with ARA LOGOS Logistics Trust by way of a trust scheme of arrangement. A global investment firm in the S$2.1 billion rights issue by Sembcorp Marine Ltd and the distribution in specie by Sembcorp Industries Ltd. Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd. (the manager of Frasers Centrepoint Trust) and Frasers Property Limited in the joint acquisition of a 50 per cent stake in Gold Ridge Pte. Ltd., which holds the suburban retail mall NEX, from Mercatus Tres Pte. Ltd. (a subsidiary of Mercatus Co-operative Limited) for S$652.5 millionPrivate Equity
