Andrew ANG is the Head of the Corporate Group which predominantly encompasses the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice, the Corporate Real Estate Practice and the Antitrust & Competition Practice. He is also the Co-Head of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and is a Partner in the Private Equity Practice.

His main practice areas are local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, privatisations as well as private equity investments.
