Nicola specialises in employment, discrimination, industrial relations and professional discipline, as well as undertaking related work in the fields of judicial review, human rights and data protection. Nicola practises in all sectors but has particular expertise in the healthcare sector having appeared before all the major healthcare regulators and in a number of the leading high court doctor and dentist cases, including: GMC v Chandra (CA), McMillan v Airedale NHS Foundation Trust (CA); Chakrabarty v Ipswich Hospitals NHS Trust (QBD); and Dusza & Sobhani v Powys Teaching Local Health Board (CA), as well as a number of judicial reviews relating to doctors in training.
