Tom is a senior junior with a broad commercial, commercial chancery and company law practice. He regularly appears in high profile, high value cases in both the Commercial Court and Chancery Division. He has particular experience in civil fraud claims, shareholder disputes and insolvency.
Recent cases include Mozambique v Credit Suisse (the Tuna Bonds litigation); Autonomy v Lynch (fraud claims arising from Hewlett Packard’s acquisition of Autonomy); and Tchenguiz v Grant Thornton (fraud claims arising from the collapse of Kaupthing).
