Michael Evans, a member of the partnership as of March 2026, provides expertise in structured finance and derivatives transactions.

Assisted Amcor in relation to an offering by Amcor UK Finance plc of up to €1.5bn principal amount of debt securities consisting of more series of notes which were fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Amcor and certain of its existing or future wholly owned subsidiaries.
Advised Ardonagh in relation to the initial purchasers in connection with Ardonagh Finco Limited’s offerings of $200m 7 3/4% senior secured notes due 2031 and €85m 6 7/8% senior secured notes due 2031, and Ardonagh Group Finance Limited’s offering of $100m 8 7/8% senior notes due 2032.
