Both equity and debt listings fall into Ogier’s area of expertise, with the team overseeing challenges ranging from securitisations and high yield listings to large-scale IPOs on TISE and a range of other exchanges across Europe, the US and Asia. Jointly spearheading the practice are Bruce MacNeil, an expert in the listing of debt securities on TISE, and Raulin Amy, who takes the lead on major IPOs. James Fox and Alexander Curry are well versed in equity listings, while Lucy Chambers handles convertible note, high yield and Eurobond listings. James Lydeard departed the firm in September 2024.
