Assisting the Board of Directors of Mediobanca with carrying out the activities within its competence (including the preparation of the issuer’s statement) in relation to the voluntary public exchange offer on all the shares of Mediobanca announced by Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena on 24 January 2025.
Advising Mediobanca, the Italy-based financial services group engaged in private, commercial, and investment banking, as well as leasing activities, on the acquisition of Banca Generali SpA, the local securities brokerage company. The consideration was €6.19bn.
