Maria Vittoria advises Italian and international clients in national and cross-border corporate and M&A transactions involving industrial investors and private equity funds. She is involved in complex M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations and joint ventures in a wide range of sectors. She also provides general legal advice on corporate law and corporate governance matters and has significant experience in business contracts.

Maria Vittoria Marchiolo joined the Firm in 2015, became a Managing Associate in 2023 and a Partner in 2026. From 2010 to 2015, she has been working at primary Italian and international law firms.
