Maria Pia advises Italian and international clients on corporate and commercial matters with main focus on Joint Venture, M&A and Private Equity transactions (including cross-border transactions) as well as on national and international commercial agreements.

Maria Pia Palma joined the Firm in 2017, became a Managing Associate in 2023 and a Partner in 2026. From 2009 to 2016 she worked for leading international law firms in Rome and in London.
