Luca advises Italian and international clients on corporate and M&A matters, focusing on extraordinary transactions, company law, and commercial contracts. He specializes in deals involving strategic-industrial investors and private equity funds, including transactions concerning listed companies in regulated sectors.
Head of the Private M&A Practice Area, member of the Firm's International Practice Group, and head of the London office from 2018 to 2024, Luca has developed extensive experience in cross-border M&A transactions—both inbound and outbound—assisting foreign clients and Italian groups with multinational operations. Luca has particular expertise in the manufacturing, aerospace, and defense sectors, as well as private equity investments. He also coordinates the firm's activities in the automotive sector.
Luca is recognized as a leading lawyer in prominent international guides. He is a member of various committees and a conference co-chair of the International Bar Association.

Luca Andrea Frignani joined the Firm in 2005 and has become a Partner in 2014.
