Focused on driving clients’ growth and international expansions, Greenberg Traurig Germany assists institutional investors, real estate companies, and proptech firms with a plethora of corporate matters, including corporate structuring, shareholders’ agreements, governance, capital increases, financing rounds, and strategic investments. The practice is co-chaired by managing shareholder Peter Schorling, who advises on M&A, corporate restructurings and insolvencies, and Henrik Armah, who focuses on M&A and joint ventures. Cross-border M&A is also an area of expertise for Oliver Markmann, who oversees buyouts, minority investments, and joint ventures. The team recently added M&A and private equity advisors Stephan Rau and Björn Biehl to its roster.
