He specializes in cross border transactions (buy side and sell side). His clients include industry players as well as private equity, venture capital and strategic investors.

Henrik Armah is a shareholder and Co-Chair of the German Corporate/M&A Group. He advises international and domestic clients on M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate transformations as well as all general matters of corporate law. He specializes in cross border transactions (buy side and sell side). Henrik’s clients include industry players as well as private equity funds, strategic investors and venture capitalists.

As a recognized and highly experienced lawyer in the technology, media & telecoms as well as the healthcare and life sciences sectors, Henrik has represented numerous private equity and strategic investors on their transactions in these industries.

Henrik has been actively representing clients on transactions since 2007. He spent parts of his legal traineeship in New York and was on secondment in London.
