Frédéric Broud has extensive expertise in restructurings, remuneration systems, financial packages and litigation. Sarah Usunier has developed vast experience in a wide range of sectors, including telecoms, agri-food and services and is often instructed in transfers or takeovers, prevention of insolvency and collective proceedings. Amanda Galvan  excels in negotiating companies’ collective status, while Guillaume Thuleau frequently leads on the labour law aspects of M&A transactions.

Career

Frédéric Broud has more than 20 years’ experience in employment law. He acts both in an advisory capacity and as a litigator, handling the full spectrum of employment law issues on behalf of both French and international companies operating in various sectors, and in particular the telecommunications, environmental and services sectors.

Working closely alongside Racine’s Tax department, Frédéric has also developed a recognized practice in advising corporate officers and managers.

He is also developing, in tandem with Racine’s Restructuring team, a highly-regarded distressed companies advisory practice focused on preventing and handling insolvency (safeguard, reorganization and compulsory liquidation).

He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1994 and joined Racine as Partner in 2012. He is co-managing partner since 2020.
