Sarah Usunier has close to 15 years’ experience in employment law. She acts both as an advisor and a litigator in all areas of employment law, and represents French and international companies operating in various sectors, and in particular the telecommunications, agri-business and services sectors.

Sarah is developing, alongside Racine’s Restructuring department, a highly-regarded distressed companies advisory practice focused on preventing and handling insolvency (safeguard, reorganization and compulsory liquidation proceedings).

She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2003 and became Partner at Racine in 2015.
