Following its August 2025 merger with Goh (aka: Godoy Hoyos), the former Godoy Cordoba is now known simply as Godoy. The firm remains a sector monolith, with eight partners and 114 lawyers dedicated to labour and employment law spread across its four offices. The firm is further distinguished by its international reach, with its membership of global labour and employment legal network, Littler Mendelson, P.C., alongside its partnership with international immigration firm, Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, providing it with a unique global platform. Among the names to note, founding partner Carlos Hernán Godoy heads the collective bargaining area, where he is widely recognised as a market leader.
