Position

Gustavo is a partner in Godoy’s Litigation Unit and has more than 25 years of experience in Employment Law. His career includes a distinguished judicial trajectory as Assistant Justice (1997–2003) and Justice (2003–2011) of the Labor Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice of Colombia, which grants him a deep understanding of the judicial system and jurisprudential analysis. 

He has served as Director of the Labor Law Department at the Legal Research Center of Universidad del Rosario and as a tenured professor of labor law at this and other leading universities in Colombia, including Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Universidad de los Andes, Universidad Sergio Arboleda, and Universidad Católica de Colombia. His combined academic and professional background positions him as a reference in complex labor litigation and the strategic analysis of disputes.
