Areas of practice

Labor and employment consulting unit: the firm is a pioneer in the preventive consulting services offered from the moment it gets acquainted with the needs of human resources departments and their strategic role within organizations. Immigration unit: the firm provides consulting services to conceive individual and collective immigration strategies. It designs global mobility policies, audits migration practices, and accompanies a client’s administrative processes and investigations in immigration matters. The firm processes all kinds of visas and permits among other immigration procedures.

Training unit: the firm keeps its clients updated with the latest regulatory, jurisprudence and doctrinal information and helps them avoid conflicts/disputes and guarantee harmonious labor environments. Procedures before the Ministry of Labor: the firm provides consulting services to clients, regarding downsizing programs, administrative investigations rendered by the Ministry of Labor as well as procedures before this government agency. In addition the firm offers labor law consultancy services during restructuring processes in businesses (downsizing, mergers, acquisitions, among others).
