His experience includes university teaching and the management and resolution of individual and collective labor disputes in industries with critical labor conflicts, excelling as a negotiator in union processes and in supporting complex corporate reorganization processes with highly positive results for clients. 

He actively participates in the Advisory, Litigation, Collective Bargaining, and Training Units, positioning himself as a high-level advisor and trainer.
