Position

She strengthened her leadership skills as part of the tenth graduating class of the ORIGEN training school. She was a member of the 2020 Board of Directors of the Colombian Labor and Social Security Lawyers Association. Active member of the Colombian Labor Law Bar Association. She was a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), where she was elected as the National Representative for Colombia. She achieved one of the highest grade point averages in her specialization in Labor Law at the Pontifical Javeriana University. She received a scholarship from Externado University of Colombia to attend the Social Enterprise Conference (SECON) at Harvard University in 2017.
