Here we are at the end of 2013. The house price boom in Central London seems to be expanding to fill the sphere of the M25 and being driven by places such as Guildford, the home counties and the commuter belt  generally. Whilst many believe that house prices are being artificially supported (by central bank activity and government schemes) there does seem to be a surge in confidence not just in the residential market but increasingly in the commercial market.
