Plain English Guide to Pensions Act 2004

December 2005 saw a flurry of pensions regulations. The final version of the new scheme funding regulations emerged at last as did new investment regulations setting out a variety of issues for trustees to consider when investing scheme assets. December also saw regulations published on cross-border activities, internal controls and regulatory own funds.
