We sent you our Legal Alert last week about the leaked draft legislation concerning the European Trademark System, in which we highlighted a few of the expected changes.
On 27th March 2013 the European Commission officially launched this draft legislation1 a form consistent with the information we already provided you with.
The complete texts of the draft Regulation and draft Directive are now available on the site of the European Commission.
