La direction des Affaires juridiques a ouvert le 10 novembre 2025, une consultation publique, ouverte jusqu'au 25 novembre 2025, sur un projet de décret portant diverses mesures de simplification du droit de la commande publique.

Relèvement des seuils des marchés de travaux

Le projet de décret pérennise d'abord le relèvement à 100000€ HT du seuil des marchés de travaux dispensés de publicité et de mise en concurrence, après plusieurs rehaussements temporaires intervenus depuis 2020.
