1.1. ENTREE EN VIGUEUR DE LA LOI SANTE AU TRAVAIL LE 31 MARS 2022

La loi n° 2021-1018 du 2 août 2021, dite loi « santé au travail », entre en vigueur le 31 mars 2022.

L'essentiel des dispositions de la loi n° 2021-1018 du 2 août 2021 dite loi « santé au travail » entrent en vigueur le 31 mars 2022.

La loi prévoit notamment :

  • une nouvelle définition du harcèlement sexuel du Code du travail alignée sur celle du Code pénal. Les comportements sexistes répétés peuvent également désormais constituer du harcèlement sexuel ;
  • l'ajout du thème « qualité des conditions de travail » à la négociation annuelle sur l'égalité entres les hommes et les femmes ;
