On May 22, the Article 29 Working Party published a revised Binding Corporate Rules document pursuant to
article 26 (2) of Directive 95/46/EC to regulate processors both
internally and vis-à-vis third parties. The duties of
processors and controllers remain the same, but the Working Party
adjusted the requirements for transfers within the same group of
organizations and specifics relating to training programs and data
protection officers.
