We are pleased to welcome Catriona (Kitty) Lloyd as a partner in the corporate trust practice. Kitty is widely seen as one of the go-to corporate trust lawyers in the City. We are also delighted to welcome new partner Jonathan Garforth to the financial services regulatory team. Both join us from magic circle law firms. We have also expanded the team significantly at the associate level, lending further support and capacity to the structured finance team.
