Τα αυστηρότερα κριτήρια έχουν φέρει μείωση των δανείων

Αυστηρότερα, σε σχέση με το προηγούμενο τρίμηνο, έγιναν στην Κύπρο το τρίτο τρίμηνο του 2022, τα κριτήρια χορήγησης δανείων τόσο προς επιχειρήσεις όσο και για όλες τις κατηγορίες δανείων προς νοικοκυριά, σύμφωνα με την έρευνα τραπεζικών χορηγήσεων (Οκτώβριο 2022) της Κεντρικής Τράπεζας της Κύπρου (ΚΤΚ).

Ταυτόχρονα, μείωση σημείωσε και η καθαρή ζήτηση δανείων στην Κύπρο από επιχειρήσεις και νοικοκυριά κατά το τρίτο τρίμηνο του 2022, σε σχέση με το προηγούμενο τρίμηνο.

Στην υιοθέτηση αυστηρότερων κριτηρίων χορήγησης δανείων συνέβαλε, σύμφωνα με την έρευνα της ΚΤΚ, «η αντίληψη των τραπεζών για αυξημένο κίνδυνο καθώς και η μειωμένη ανοχή τους στον κίνδυνο όσον αφορά τα επιχειρηματικά δάνεια».
