9月15日、浙江省人民検察院と浙江省市場監督管理局が知的財産権の協同保護活動を強化するための推進会議を開催した。双方は、「 知的財産権の協同保護の強化に関する実施意見」に調印し、6つの知財協同保護の典型的事例を発表した。
「実施意見」は知的財産権管理当局と検察機関の協力を深め、行政と司法の優れた資源を統合し、協同保護の強化により知的財産権の「大保護」の実現を推進することが狙いである。知財保護のデジタル化、重点分野における知財保護の強化、行政と司法による連携の全面的強化等に関する具体的な施策を明確にしている。
浙江省検察機関は昨年以来、知的財産権の刑事、民事、行政事件1939件を受理した。この中で、刑事事件は1835件、民事、行政事件は104件、いずれも急激な増加傾向を示している。
