中国国家知識産権局（CNIPA）は最近、「知的財産権政務サービス事項マニュアル（第二版）」を作成し、6月13日に公式ウェブサイトで公開した。
このマニュアルは、最新に改訂された「専利法実施細則」および「専利審査指南」に基づいて編成され、専利、商標、地理的表示など各種権利に関連する政務サービスの受理要件、申請資料、手続きの流れ、利便性向上の措置などを詳細に説明している。その目的は、社会公衆が知的財産権業務の取扱い情報を容易に入手できるようにすることと、政務サービスの無差別受理および同一基準での処理を推進することである。2023年3月3日に公布された「知的財産権政務サービス事項専利」は、同時に廃止された。
