中国国家市場監督管理総局（SAMR）が「商標行政法執行証拠規定」の意見募集稿を公表し、一般向け意見募集を始めた。
知的財産権の保護強化に関する国の方針に基づいて、商標行政法執行活動への指導を強化し、商標違法の事実を正確に特定し、証拠の収集、審査及び認定を規範化することをねらい、同総局は国家知識産権局（CNIPA）と協力してこの意見募集稿を作成した。
意見募集の締切日は９月18日。意見提出の方法は以下の通り。
