11月11日に、第十三期全国人民代表大会常務委員会第二十三回会議で著作権法は改正され、来年6月1日から施行されることになった。改正後の 著作権法に一連の懲罰措置が含まれ、権利侵害のコストが大幅に引き上げられた。その中、故意による権利侵害行為の情状が深刻な場合の法廷賠償額の上限は現行の50万元から500万元に引き上げられた。
