Today on National Indigenous Peoples Day, we celebrate the
heritage, cultures and outstanding achievements of First Nations,
Inuit and Métis peoples in Canada. Now more than ever, it is
incumbent on us all to reframe our worldview and honour Indigenous
history and experiences in our province and across the country. We
encourage everyone to take the time to learn about Indigenous
histories and cultures, support Indigenous-owned businesses, and
amplify Indigenous voices.
