Further to my November 26, 2013 post "Be Aware of Privacy Precautions When Using Foreign Service Providers", the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada recently released a fact sheet for the private sector regarding the importance of protecting privacy when outsourcing to either local and foreign service providers (found here: http://www.priv.gc.ca/resource/fs-fi/02_05_d_57_os_01_e.asp).
