Em 7 de março de 2019, foi publicado o Decreto nº 9.720 ("Decreto"), alterando o prazo em que o Decreto nº 9.493/2018 - Regulamento para a Fiscalização de Produtos Controlados ("Novo Regulamento") entraria em vigor. A nova data de vigência dessa norma é 6 de setembro de 2019.
