You can find information and links to a range of publications on our privacy and data protection page here... including resources published by the Australian Office of the Information Commissioner.
To assist you in complying with the new laws, we have a webinar available that was presented by General Counsel Lyn Nicholson in the Sydney office in late February just prior to the introduction of the new laws. For access to the webinar and related materials, please email Julie Gordon.
If you are confident that you have done all your initial preparations but want to consider in detail some of the specific issues that may arise under the privacy reforms, we have prepared a webinar on "Privacy Reform - Where you should be now". For a link to this webinar, please email Julie Gordon.
