Ms Eleanor Dewhurst

Eleanor is a specialist family and civil practitioner with extensive experience across the core areas of family law and a particular interest in domestic finance and property issues, including applications under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996, Schedule 1 of the Children Act, the Inheritance Act 1975 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
She is regularly instructed to act in High Court matters and has appeared in the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal where she has been praised for her “persuasive advocacy” and the “conspicuously high standard” of her paperwork.
