UUlugbek Abdullaev is a Partner in Dentons’ Tashkent office. Ulugbek is a 12-year plus experienced lawyer helping businesses grow, operate, protect and finance in Uzbekistan and its surrounding Central Asian and Eurasian regions. Ulugbek has worked on or led many of the largest deals in Uzbekistan and has broad experience in advising on corporate, technology, life sciences, intellectual property and regulatory issues. Having published numerous articles on Uzbek law, Ulugbek has a deep understanding of Uzbekistan’s legal, regulatory and policy framework as well as significant experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
