Olga is a Senior Associate in Dentons Moscow office. She specializes in advising local and international clients on various aspects of Russian real estate and construction law, including sale and purchase, lease and mortgage of real estate, land, town-planning and construction matters and legal due diligence. Olga also has extensive experience in complex development and acquisition transactions across Russia. Prior to joining Dentons, Olga worked for over 10 years in the real estate practice of another leading international law firm.
