Rana Azhar is an associate in the Corporate and Commercial practice in Dentons' Jeddah office.

She advises clients on broad-based corporate matters such as M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side), joint venture agreements, restructuring and regulatory matters across a wide range of sectors.

Rana has particular expertise in corporate and commercial law, including drafting and negotiating agreements, advising on governance and supporting various transactions. Her experience also includes advising governmental entities on regulatory analyses and providing guidance on public sector engagements and policymaking. Additionally, she assists with IPO assessments, ensuring compliance with Capital Market Authority's regulations, and manages employment matters such as employer/employee relations, labor law compliance and the drafting of employment policies.

Rana is a Saudi National and has the ability to draft and negotiate in both Arabic and English.
