Tania Afrin is a senior associate in the Real Estate practice in Dentons' Dubai office and has more than six years of experience advising on a wide variety of matters, including project development, commercial property and real estate finance transactions.

Tania specializes in project development and has acted for a number of residential and commercial developers, including numerous housing associations in the UK. She has dealt with all aspects of acquisitions, project development and disposals, and has advised on a vast range of matters, including development agreements, agreements for sale and lease, option agreements, transfer, commercial leases and legal charges.
