Paul joined the Firm as a partner in the Real Estate team in March 2013 and is based in the Glasgow office. Paul undertakes a broad range of commercial property transactions for a diverse client base including developers, funders, investors, tenants and landowners. Paul’s forte is complex property transactions which require not only first rate property expertise but also the involvement of specialist advice in relation to planning or infrastructure development. Paul’s clients include Peel, Clydeport, Helical Bar, Tesco and TK Maxx.
