Ruth is a partner and has a wide range of experience of insolvency law in both areas of personal bankruptcy and corporate insolvency. In particular she has undertaken and assisted on a wide variety of work including possession and sale applications and asset recovery, challenging transactions at undervalue and preference payments, illegal dividend payments, private examinations of bankrupts and directors of insolvent companies, directors disqualification proceedings, annulment applications, wrongful trading and misfeasance proceedings.
