Carola de Bruijn is a lawyer in our Corporate/M&A Practice Area Group.​

Carola is specialised in corporate and company law. She is involved in national and international mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures and advises companies, multinationals, private equity and family offices. ​

Carola has been with CMS since 2022 and previously worked as an attorney-at-law within the Corporate/M&A practice group at an international law firm.
